How to cancel your McAfee product subscription

If you no longer want to use a McAfee consumer product that you have a subscription for, such as McAfee LiveSafe, you can cancel your subscriptionat any time.

To cancel your subscription, contact Mcafee Customer Service who will make the change for you. You cannot cancel your subscription yourself using My Account.

Alternatives to canceling your subscription

• Turn off auto-renewal
  As an alternative to canceling your subscription, consider turning off auto-renewal. Auto-renewal automatically renews your McAfee product subscription before it expires, to ensure that your protection is never interrupted.
• If you would like to continue using your McAfee product, but want to turn off auto-renewal, do one of the following:
• Have us make the change for you by completing this online request form.
  Or
• Follow the steps and turn off auto-renewal yourself.
• Cancel your McAfee account
  If you would like your email and account details removed from McAfee completely, contact Customer Service and make this request. You cannot delete your account yourself using My Account
